Yesterday my sister and i visited a Traditional Korean Scrubbing Spa, which was an interesting experience.

Today we got the Face and Body Analysis. The Analysis was very professional. We learned a lot today.

Thanks to our lovely translator we could understand everything perfectly. It was really fun. After the Analysis our Translator recommened us shopping brands and a restaurant. Of course we had to try the food. It was very delicious!

I was visiting Korea for the first time and was overwhelmed by the amount of beauty services available, and how to book. It was so helpful to have Kangwon’s help making reservations, and her translation services were much appreciated during our facial appointment, so we could understand the whole process. She also gave us so many skincare recommendations after, which was a lifesaver because shopping at Olive Young can be intimidating, but with her help we knew which products would be best.

I had a great experience booking through Beauty Day Korea! Kangwon was incredibly kind and accompanied me to all my appointments, translating everything for me. Communication was super easy, especially through KakaoTalk, which made the whole process very smooth. 🌸

I booked the Body Type / Face Shape Analysis and the Skincare Package (Basic), and compared to other treatments I had during my time in Korea, this was actually more affordable. After the skincare session, Kangwon even took me to Olive Young and a pharmacy to recommend products tailored to my skin. She was always available on KakaoTalk whenever I had follow-up questions, which I really appreciated!

I had the most amazing experience at K-oriental spa with “The Ultimate Harmony: Full-Body Facial & Spa Retreat,” booked through Beauty Day Korea. They recommended the perfect treatment for my schedule and needs, and it was exactly what I was looking for.

The spa was very peaceful, and the staff gave so much care to details. The facial used Korean herbal ingredients, and my skin was glowing after! The full-body massage was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep. For three hours, I forgot everything—I wished this never ends.

My 2 friends and I booked the basic skincare package (including translation) back in October 2024 and it was a really great and insightful experience! It was easy to arrange via e-mail with Kangwon, who helped us book. On the day of our appointment, we met with Kay (one of the BDK staff) who met us at the clinic. The clinic staff analyzed our skin using a machine and Kay translated for us. We got a basic facial and then Kay took us to Olive Young for product recommendations. We learned so much and Kay’s product recommendations were very good (we realized a lot of viral products that we saw on social media weren’t actually as popular in Korea and were not right for our skin types). We started using the products Kay recommended during our Korea trip and definitely saw a difference after. Thank you so much to Kangwon & Kay for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend and I would book services with BDK again the next time I am in Korea.

I chose the skincare package which included a skin analysis, facial and then an olive young tour. This experience was amazing! It’s quite overwhelming to try and find which places to book with and the worry of falling into a tourist trap. So when I found beauty day korea, everything was just so easy and stress free! They explained the package to me in detail and on the day of the appointment Kangwon met me at the station. She was so friendly and helpful. The skin analysis was great, turns out I have completely different skin type to what I thought! So I gained valuable information. The facial was so relaxing and it was the first time I’ve ever had one. After that we went to olive young where I was recommended products based on my skin analysis and the skincare routine was explained to me in detail. I would 100% recommend! 😊

Highly recommend Beauty Day Korea for a stressful, high quality beauty trip! I was only in Seoul for a couple of days, and wanted to get a lot of beauty services done (personal style / color analysis, LED eyelash extensions, makeover and photoshoot, and dermatology services) but wasn’t sure how to approach booking and coordinating all of this. Beauty Day helped me book all these services in the timeframe and neighborhood I wanted and sent over a detailed itinerary with directions and everything I should expect. I worked with Kangwon over email and she was very attentive and communicative throughout the entire process and made it very seamless. I was pleased with all the vendors that BDK helped me find (all were reasonably priced, good quality, and not touristy) and overall had a great trip!

I am writing this review after a month of using the service with Beautydaykorea! I was travelling to Seoul for the first time and was very confused which skin clinic to choose. Finding Kangwon and team was the best decision ever. The service and responsiveness was top notch, the clinic they took us to was very good and very professional. An Olive Young tour was also included in the Package. It’s been a month since I started using the recommended products tailored to my requirements and I can see a huge difference. My skin is a lot more glowy and hydrated! Would highly recommend going with BeautyDayKorea for their services.

I wish I had used them for other services as well such as Hair salon and color analysis, but I didn’t have time to fit that into my itinerary. Next time!

For the whole process, communication was great! I asked for information regarding a couple services and was emailed very timely! Booking was super easy. I ended up choosing the premium skincare package with a translator. I already knew some of my skin issues but going in depth helped me focus on other things I wasn’t sure about. The day of service, went super easy. The facial was great as well and relaxing! Will be recommending (:

I booked BDK for the skincare package and the styling package for myself and my mom.

From the get go, Kangwon communicated very well about the services and was responsive. We communicated via email and the explanation was in detailed of what to be expected on each service and addressed our concerns. I feel I did not have to worry of the unexpected because the discussion had included all details, the booking process (including payment) felt very seamless and easy.

I started with the styling package, which includes the colour analysis and make up lesson. The colour analysis was basically a discovery of new colours! I was more nervous for the make up session because I dont generally wear make up and really not great on it. She was very patient to show me how to apply my make up, checked my current make up bag and how to use them well (to Korean make up style, as i chose it). We went through a lot of options from foundation to colour selection and brushes/tools. The make up turned very natural. She also allowed me to record the session so i can try practice again later, and even helped me to record it. She was also very kind and hospitable to my mom who was waiting for me. Definitely would not mind to come back if i got a chance.

I also booked for skincare package with translator for myself and mom. I understood some degree of Korean. But Kangwon suggested to use a translator. I was worried about how complicated it will be as my mom doesnt really speak English or Korean. The process turns out to be very smooth and having the translator helped me to get most out of the consultation session.

We had previous beauty appointment that I organised myself because the facility is viral in instagram. Me and my mom both agreed the quality is so much better care with the team suggested by BDK. The team were very understanding and prompt to my mom’s needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the facial.

We also had our translator, Kate, who also took us for the Olive Young tour. We were shown many options and there were no pressure to purchase everything right away. The products recommended for us were not the most popular on the socials, but definitely ones that are popular by locals.

Definitely will recommend BDK for foreigners to skip all the headache of making beauty appointments booking and you can trust the quality of partnered beauticians!
